2025HutchiesTrainingAwards
News
The Hutchies Training Awards were held on Saturday night at Wests Rugby Union Clubhouse, built by Hutchies in 2016.
The awards started in 2004 to honour our apprentices and cadets. As an enterprise-based registered training organisation (RTO), we have celebrated so many exceptional recipients over the years who are now leading site managers, supervisors, contract administrators and project managers.
Hutchies’ Training Manager Peter Forsingdal presented the awards for apprentices, with our National Commercial Manager Harry White recognising cadets.
This year, we introduced a new category for the Professional Excellence. This award, presented by Learning & Development Manager Ruaa Dikhil, recognises those who embrace lifelong learning, challenge their roles, and drive a culture of continuous learning at Hutchies.
We believe learning should be relevant, efficient, inclusive, and accessible, with a strong focus on on-the-job application. It’s not just about gaining knowledge — it’s about using it to make an impact. Hutchies fosters a culture of collaboration, where people share knowledge, challenge each other, and push for better outcomes.
