Sanctuary Rise is a 300 lot subdivision in Toowoomba delivered in five stages. The scope of the works involved includes 100,00m3 of bulk earthworks, formation of unbound pavements, asphalting and landscaping together with the installation of water, stormwater, sewer and electrical works required.
