After extensive negotiations Hutchies was engaged by Odyssey Health Group for the design and construction of their flagship aged care and retirement mixed use development located at Robina on the Gold Coast.

Our team engaged extensively with the client and consultants throughout the project to ensure the facility met all end user requirements.
Overall the development consisted of the construction of 2 separate buildings, one 6 levels and the second 7 levels providing a total of 99 independent living units.

Odyssey Robina offers residents luxurious resort style amenities, high end finishes along with onsite care facilities.
