Hutchies' relationship with Downlands College spans over eight decades, marking a collaborative journey that began with the construction of the original Toowoomba campus' 12 buildings in 1943. Since then, each decade has seen us partnering with the college to bring new buildings to life, along with various extensions, refurbishments, and enhancements.

In 2023, we proudly embarked on one of the college's most ambitious projects to date—their new junior campus catering to Prep to Year 4 students. This innovative space features eight classrooms, a selection of specialised teaching and learning areas, and comprehensive amenities, all designed with the future of education in mind.
