The build incorporated eight new classrooms, a breakout reading room, flexible indoor outdoor learning environments and new playground which have been added to the Junior School Precinct. 

Hutchies also built a new sports facility, which is the size of an international hockey pitch, which can be used for a host of sports and activities across all year levels. To enhance the use of space underneath the pitch there is a car park to meet future demand on the school grounds.
