Hutchies was excited to be appointed as the builder for the 2800m² Legoland Discovery Centre at Chadstone shopping centre in Melbourne. Completed in early 2017, the centre is the first of its kind in the southern hemisphere, joining a global network of discovery centres including nine in North America, four in Europe and two in Japan. The centre features interactive rides, play areas and even a 4D cinema, as well as “Miniland’ which includes iconic buildings from Melbourne’s skyline and landmarks from the surrounding area.
