Nestled in historic Spring Hill, the four level, 110 room Richmont Hotel brings together the best of traditional elegance and contemporary design. Hutchies has earned a reputation for its ability to work with heritage buildings to honour and restore their past grandeur. Our capability in this area was showcased as part of the Richmont development. 

The boutique hotel’s restaurant and bar, Kennigo Social House, sits within a meticulously renovated and restored heritage listed Queenslander. 

Construction of the four star modern hotel includes 6000m² of suspended floors, a rooftop plant deck, and two basement carparks below the existing street level which required 6500m³ of excavation. Additional features include an internal landscaped courtyard, fully equipped gymnasium, and business meeting facilities
