Overlooking Lake Mulwala at the Silverwoods golfing estate, the Sebel Yarrawonga will become the centrepiece of the planned resort and marina complex. 

Hutchies is excited to be working with Lotus Living to bring to life the vision of a premier holiday and conference destination. Adjacent to the Black Bull golf course and Silverwoods residential estate, the resort will include a mix of hotel rooms and residential apartments for private sale or rent as serviced apartments. 

Facilities will include a health spa, gymnasium, and waterfront pool, as well as function and conference facilities and a range of food and beverage venues including a bistro, bar, and fine dining. The Sebel Yarrawonga is scheduled for completion early in 2020.
