Hutchies was excited to deliver this coastal chic mixed use development comprising 20 architecturally designed 3, 4 and 5 bedroom beach homes and a 3 storey hotel comprising 22 luxuriously boutique studios. The facilities include a resort pool and bar, state of the art gym, sophisticated conference and events centre.

Aspects of the project were continuously developed during the design phase and the early stages of construction to achieve the brief of boutique living within Peregian was delivered. Elements such as additional private pools, incorporation of high end finishes and introduction of mature trees alike all play an integral role in ensuring the project had an immediate positive impact for guests and community.

Early engagement of Hutchies working in collaboration with the design team and client reaped significant rewards in mitigating early program delays associated with inclement weather delays during the civil works operation as well as procurement of 10,000m³ worth of material from a single source.
