IVY&EVE

IVY & EVE are dual apartment towers that share a five level podium, basement, and resident facilities. There are a total of 476 apartments across the towers with a mixture of one, two and three bedroom configurations.

The towers boast exceptional facilities for residents, incorporated in an expansive recreation deck that overlooks the CBD. Facilities include a lap pool, cinema, teppanyaki dining area, IT pods, pizza oven, beach house, gym and play room. The deck has been designed so that each different area feels separate from the rest.

Featuring a green wall integrated on the outside of the podium levels, the buildings are in keeping with the lush parkland feel of the South Bank precinct.

Construction began in early 2016 with the basement and podium level. IVY tower commenced first, with EVE following soon after. They were completed late 2017 and early 2018 respectively.
