On Friday, 1 November, Hutchies was delighted to be awarded the 2017 EY Australian Family Business Award of Excellence at the Australian National Entrepreneur of the Year (EOY) Gala Dinner in Melbourne.
Hutchinson family members Terrence Hutchinson and Alec Hutchinson proudly accepted the award which EY introduced to its EOY program in 2012.
The award is described by EY as a recognition of outstanding entrepreneurial family businesses who have successfully transitioned the family business through multiple generations.
Hutchies is currently lead by Chairman & fourth generation, Scott Hutchinson, with fifth generation Jack Hutchinson Jnr soon to begin transitioning into the role.
